The Walking Challenge

Health professionals recommend that we take around 10,000 steps a day (or 6km) to maintain positive health and wellbeing; it’s a 2km round trip from the Limerick Hunt Museum to the Limerick Gallery of Art. Pedometers are available in stores, or as an application for your smartphone, count your steps as you take them, helping you monitor and improve your step count, motivation and health.
